Transfer Process:

If you are a current Clean Vehicle Pass holder, you may be able to transfer to another qualifying vehicle. (Transfers are not authorized from one owner to another.)

1. Return your current Permit (green certificate), Clean Vehicle Pass (windshield sticker), and external Sticker to UDOT by mail to the address below. (A transfer may not be authorized if these items are not returned. A photo image will not be accepted.)
2. Applicants have six months to complete a transfer from the date the original vehicle is sold, destroyed, or the title otherwise transferred.
3. The cost to transfer a Pass is $10. Payment options will be emailed when the transfer is approved.
